  BEWARE! This is a dishonest company. They rented a house to me and my family where a brutal murder had taken place. 112 Sound Boulevard, Newport NC. A woman was stabbed 11 times and her throat was cut. I only found out about it after a neighbor informed me. My wife, children and grandchildren would not stay in the home after that. They would not let me out of the lease either. They expected us to continue to peacefully live there knowing this tragic event had took place there. This was very stressful to my family. They were unapologetic and their only concern was the remainder of the lease. They even charged a cleaning fee, go figure. They are morally and ethically dishonest. RUN!
